By accessing or running the Artemis open-source codebase or configuring it for your services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. License & Modifications

Artemis is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You are free to modify, distribute, and compile the code subject to the terms of the MIT License.

3. Responsible Use

Artemis provides automated agent capabilities that interact with external applications. You are solely responsible for:

  • Any actions taken by the agent on your linked integrations (e.g., sending messages, scheduling events, accessing directories).
  • Ensuring that the inputs provided to the agent do not violate the terms of service of third-party platforms.
  • API fees, token usages, and costs incurred from configured AI inference providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
